As New Age Medical was experiencing rapid growth, they required additional inventory to support their growth requirements. New Age was looking to operate with a just-in-time inventory model. They were looking for an intelligent solution to help them streamline inventory management and order-to-cash processes while managing growth.

Provide sales reps with up-to-date product pricing

Sales reps at New Age Medical often needed access to the most current pricing in real time. This was key to preventing sales orders from being submitted with incorrect pricing. Sending incorrect pricing to customers also resulted in delays in PO approval.

New Age was looking for a solution where the reps could easily access the most current pricing information for all products. This would improve the sales order process by granting sales reps easy access to the correct pricing.

New Age Medical was experiencing delays in surgery/case details entry by sales reps. The company had several 1099 reps on their rolls.
